I’ve never been convinced by him. I remember before he arrived were promised this speed demon who also stuck free kicks in the top bin.
After one sprint against Everton (and a cracking finish) I don’t think he ever tried to get past anyone with direct pace again. And I can’t remember a single free kick from him.

Broke himself for one sprint and a goal, the dope.

Hamstring issues destroyed his confidence in his body, not quiet a Luc Nilis moment but it did stop us seeing the best of him. Even when on form it seemed he was only sprinting at 90% of what he was capable of.

We need to pray he has a superb season there so they either take up the option or someone else comes in for him in summer.
We apparently paid 25m for him so if we git 18m-20m for him its nkt bad at all

I'm already in church :D
And I think he will do fine in Italy, the pace is slower and he will not be doubled up all the time.

Physical demands of PL much more difficult for a player like Bailey. He'll be suited to Italy especially as it's very tactical and he's had years of Emery level detail. So it's suited to that side of game.

Knowing our luck, he'll play like Jamaican Prime Ronaldo, creating Competetion for his signature, and it will convince us to give him a new bumper deal then he'll revert to shite

If the salary is covered and we getting a fee, then that’s a good loan deal.
Let’s just hope he plays well enough to trigger the option

Its just frustrating daggy that we can never sell these players and what ends up happening is the player just ends up back here then we either loan them again or get a minimal fee

Just happy I don't have to watch him play again for at least another year

Its so frustrating.
Buendia, ned, dendonker, coutinho, moreno, dobbin the list goes on. Now add bailey to this list.
I really pray bailey breaks this circle and they take the option up as we cant continue like this

Benvenuto.
